Latest Computer Aides
We use the latest computer aided drawing (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software to generate our manufacturing programmes.
CNC Machining Centres
Our machinery centres have the capacity to machine items 2000mm long x 820mm high x 760mm wide.
Reverse Engineering
In order ro ensure future supply, we can produce CAD drawings on old or worn parts where a drawing is not available.
Rotary moulding rollers for confectionery industry
We produce various types of moulding roller with different configurations in various materials such as bronze or plastic. We can also produce individual moulding inserts that bolt on to a roller to aid with maintenance and production.
